Refunds
The Key does not have the ability to process refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store since all purchases are processed exclusively through the app store. To request a refund through Apple, follow these steps below: Go to: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
- Log in with your Apple ID
- Find The Key in your Purchase list
- Click on Report a Problem
- In the Choose Problem dropdown, select “Didn’t mean to purchase this item”
